One Goat

Goats are low-maintenance and can survive in harsh conditions, providing a lean, nutritious source of meat. A healthy dairy goat can produce 1-3 liters of milk a day, to drink or use to make ghee, cheese, and other dairy products; even their manure is valuable. A doe can also produce two kids a year, generating income for families and serving as a financial investment.
